Workshops

Schon bei unserer Unterstützung des ersten Projektes stellten wir fest, dass unsere Universitäten zwar umfangreiches Wissen vermitteln, den Studierenden jedoch nicht beigebracht wird, wie sie dieses Wissen in die Praxis umsetzten können. In den meisten Studienprogrammen ist die Vermittlung praktischer Methoden zum Planen und Ausführen eines Projektes nicht ausreichend Bestandteil des Lehrplans.

2018 haben wir daher begonnen, Workshops im Projektmanagement auszurichten. Wir laden dafür erfahrene Dozenten ein, während einige der Themen, mit denen wir uns in den letzten Jahren durch unsere Projekterfahrung vertraut gemacht haben, von uns selbst unterrichtet werden. Nachfolgend sind alle bisher von uns bzw. mit uns durchgeführten Workshops aufgeführt, einschließlich der Bewertungen durch die Teilnehmenden.

Die Hauptzielgruppe für unsere Trainings sind internationale Studierende, die in Deutschland an einem Master- oder Phd Programm teilnehmen. In Bezug auf die M & E-Workshops arbeiten wir an einem System, bei dem wir die Teilnehmenden mit Projekten in ihren Heimatländern in Verbindung bringen. Die Studierenden werden durch die von uns vermittelten Fähigkeiten zu Junior-Evaluatoren und erhalten dann die Aufgabe, die Projekte anderer Organisationen (und unsere eigenen) zu evaluieren.

virtual facilitator training | November 4, 2026

Online Facilitator Training is designed for people who want to develop the skills and confidence to facilitate engaging, inclusive and interactive online learning sessions. Throughout the training, you will explore how to create learning spaces, plan interactive sessions, manage group dynamics, moderate discussions and use digital tools effectively. The programme takes a hands-on, learning-by-doing approach, with opportunities for practice, peer exchange and feedback.

virtual Exchanges Facilitator Training | May 21, 2026

The Green Bridges project brings together youth organisations from across Europe and Africa to explore climate action and social innovation through virtual exhange. As a facilitator, you can play a key role in making theses exchanges meaningful, inclusive and impactful. The training runs over 5 weeks, starting Thursday 21 May 2026. Sessions take place every Thursday from 17:00–18:30 CEST, with two additional practical workshops on Wednesdays. All sessions are held online via Zoom. The training uses a non-formal, learning-by-doing approach – expect interactive activities, peer exchange, role-play and real practice.
